As you may be aware, the Arkansas Insurance Department has received 5 Letters of Intent from groups intending to form a PASSE. The next step for those intending to form a PASSE will be the submission of their conditional certification documents to the Arkansas Insurance Department by close of business on July 3, 2017. Attached you will find three documents that address many outstanding issues and questions we have received regarding the Provider Led Entity model.
